The position:

Valnet is on the lookout for an innovative and process-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to help develop a Training & Development program, Recruitment process, and Retention Plan for our Technology and Gaming sites. These brands include,,, and — and we are always growing our portfolio of sites!

The person responsible for this team will be overseeing over 300 Freelance team members, assisting in onboarding new talent, revolutionizing the training program, and developing a retention plan for each brand.

We currently have over 50 million users visit our portfolio of websites every single month. We are looking for a highly motivated, dedicated individual with a keen eye for talent to Manage our constantly growing team.

What you will be doing:

  • Oversee and support our remote resource network.
  • Oversee the Onboarding of new contributors.
  • Respond to talent acquisition related questions and tasks.
  • Track and fill requests for new remote contributors.
  • Ensure new hires adhere to Valnet standards.
  • Investigate and vet new freelance job boards.
  • Manage remote team budget and operations.
  • Work collaboratively with the managing editors, legal, and HR resources.
  • Identify training opportunities.
  • Scout potential new talent for our portfolio of Websites.


What you need to succeed:

  • Passion for developing and supporting people.
  • Interest in Valnet's brands and content.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively on a team and independently.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Extremely detail-oriented.
  • An asset would be experience in life cycle recruitment
